Return & Refund Policy

At White Stone Research Corp., we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our return and exchange policy makes it simple.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How Returns Work

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. You’ll be able to choose between store credit or an exchange for another product.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm approval.

  • Store Credit / Exchange: Processed within 10 business days.

  • If you opt for an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item once your return is received.

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item is in original condition and packaging.
